












Congratulations on your international achievement!
Students of the Department of Management and Business Administration of the Faculty of Management Roman Mocherniuk and Daria Verkalets have been successfully selected for the Global Leadership Program at the University of Buffalo (USA)!
This year-long international program, organized by the University at Buffalo School of Management in collaboration with more than 20 partner universities around the world, aims to develop future leaders who can work effectively in the face of global interaction and constant change.
Program participants
work in multicultural teams on social and business projects;
attend a series of workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, branding, entrepreneurial thinking, cybersecurity, etc;
participate in international research with University of Buffalo professors;
receive mentoring support from program alumni and individual coaching;
improve analytical thinking, teamwork, communication and self-reflection skills;
receive a micro-credential upon completion of the program.
The program is delivered in a blended format: intensive summer and winter sessions, as well as monthly meetings throughout the academic year. It culminates in participation in the annual leadership conference of the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) – at the request of the participants, in the format of an in-person visit to the United States.
Participation in the program is free of charge for students of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, made possible by a partnership with the University at Buffalo.
