Digital tools of a modern manager: theory and practice!
First-year students of the educational programmes: ‘Management in Information Technology’ and “Business Administration” of the Faculty of Management last week joined a binary lecture on the discipline “Fundamentals of Management”!
The lecture was delivered by the acting Head of the Department of Management in Information Technologies M. Matsola and the invited expert A. Ozorovych – a practicing entrepreneur, COO of Webmil Web Production and project manager of the Group 35 charity foundation.
During the lecture, students learned about
– current trends in digital tools for managers;
– practical application of project management systems;
– features of using communication platforms;
– analytical tools for making management decisions;
– prospects for the development of modern technologies in AI-based management.
This learning format, where academic knowledge is combined with practical experience, allows students to gain an up-to-date understanding of modern business processes and prepare for future professional work!
